Ingredients

250ml Isle of Moo milk (blue or green carton)
200g self-raising flour - this will make your muffins extra springy!
150g porridge oats
50g desiccated coconut
2 tbsp honey
1tsp cinnamon
4 small ripe bananas - again, the squishier the better!
1 large egg
3 tbsp sunflower oil

Moo Method

Make sure the oven is preheated at 200c - that's super hot so make sure Mum or Dad is helping out!

Now, here's the fun part. Mash the bananas in a bowl until they're super squidgy.

Stir together all the dry stuff - flour, oats, coconut and cinnamon - and then add in your wet ingredients too. This will be a sweet-smelling, gooey mix of pure joy. Try and resist eating it all now!

Scoop the mix into moulds in a muffin or cake tray and sprinkle on some oats over the top. If oats are too boring and healthy for you, see if you can convince your folks to throw in some nuts instead. Pecans work a treat too!

Bake in the oven for 20-25 mins until they're bouncier than Tigger and lighter than your bedtime pillows. Enjoy!
